INVITATION FOR TENDER
PROCUREMENT OF GOODS

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDERING (NCT)

1. The Old Tafo Municipal Assembly has received its share of the District Assembly Common Fund and intends to use part of the funds to cover eligible payment for the contract for Supply of the Goods package indicated in the Table below:

2. The Old Tafo Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Suppliers for the Supply of Goods as indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) of the Republic of Ghana as amended.

3. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Old Tafo Municipal Coordinating Director, and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 9:00 am hours to 17:00 hours GMT.

4. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢ 300.00) only, for each set. The document will be obtained personally and with an application letter. Tenderers are advised to use the address stated below for obtaining information, inspection and purchase of Tender Document.

5. Tenders must be deposited into the box located at the address below at or before 11:00 hours GMT on Monday 10th December, 2018. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by 2% Tender Security of the tender price as stated in the table above for the package. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderer’s representatives, who choose to attend at the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive at 11.00 hours GMT on Monday 10th December, 2018.

6. The following documents will form part of the evaluation criteria and should be submitted by tenderers
• Certificate of Registration
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Valid SSNIT Registration Certificate
• Manufacturer’s Authorization
• Power of Attorney
• Valid Public Procurement Authority Registration Certificate/evidence of supplier registration with Public Procurement Authority
