EOI Description:
Selection Of A Creative Agency For Re-Branding Activities And Launch Event For Food And Drugs Authority's Corporate Identity.

To enable Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) improve its public appeal and recognizability, FDA wishes to refresh its brand, values and ideals through rebranding and intends to apply part of its Internally Generated Fund (IGF) under a contract for the rebranding of the Food and Drugs Authority. The objective of this "Expression of Interest" is to shortlist and subsequently select a creative agency for undertaking and executing various re-branding activities and event launch for the Food and Drugs Authority's Corporate Identity.

The Consulting services ("the Services") includes updating or changing the entity's brand identity/logo or brand sign and communication around the acceptance of the new/updated brand identity/logo or sign of the FDA. Brand is the face and voice of organizations and it is what customers think of when they hear an organization's name. An 'organization' and its 'brand identity' should always be closely aligned and if the two are no longer a good fit, a change is definitely necessary. In view of this, FDA wishes to refresh the corporate visual identity of the organization to boost its brand appeal and increase brand visibility. This is intended to change stakeholders and general public's perception about the FDA and to align them with the refreshed identity of the FDA. The methodology shall include FDA logo redesign, development of new brand guidelines and conceptualization and publicization of new corporate identity. The overall duration of the assignment is expected to cover 3 months.

The Food and Drugs Authority now invites eligible consulting firms ("Consultants") who have significant expertise to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information stated below demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services as stated below:
1. A statement of capability detailing a pertinent history of the firm, core competencies, size of firm, as well as that of your workforce, highlighting their education and technical experience as it relates to your firm.
2. The general experience and specific experience of the firm in relation to this assignment including Clientele the past customers for whom your firm has done similar work.
3. The availability of appropriate skills among staff to undertake the assignment
4. Evidence of official incorporation of firm as well as Valid Tax Clearance, VAT and SSNIT Certificates.

Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture to enhance their qualifications.

The Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Ghana Public Procurement Act (PPA), 2003 (Act 663) as amended by PPA, 2016 (Act 914).
