Appeals and Complaints Procedures

Do you have a grievance or complaint about a procurement process or decision? 
A Supplier, Contractor or Consultant involved in a procurement process, who believes     he has suffered or may suffer any of the following is entitled to seek Administrative   Review, described in Steps 1 to 3 below:-

  • Unfair treatment in the solicitation or evaluation of tenders,
  • Unfair treatment in the award of contracts
  • Loss or injury due to a breach of duty imposed under Act 663
